Acceptance of Terms.

By accessing or using the Ghana Education Digital Platform (GEDP), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations in Ghana.

Use of the Platform.

You must be an authorized user (staff, student, parent, or administrator) to access certain modules. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to education and administration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Prohibited Activities.

Unauthorized access to data or modules, misuse of the platform's resources, uploading malicious software or content, and impersonating other users or officials are strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property.

All content, trademarks, and data on GEDP are the property of the Ghana Education Service or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability.

The GEDP is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy, we are not liable for any damages arising from platform unavailability or data inaccuracies.

Termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

Governing Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
